As the Principal at Texas Select Insurance Group, Courtney applies his extensive knowledge and leadership to guide the agency’s strategic direction and ensure top-quality insurance services.
Outside of his professional life, Courtney is an avid pilot, embracing the challenges and freedom of flying. His adventurous spirit extends to his personal life, where he is a dedicated husband and father of twin boys. He enjoys quality time with his family through hunting and fishing, reflecting his appreciation for nature and the outdoors.

Ethan Morriss, originally from Sonora, Texas, has long been driven by his passion for sports and community. His journey began on the football field at West Texas A&M, where he honed his skills and leadership abilities. Over the years, Ethan’s coaching career, spanning from 2016 to 2023, included roles at East Bernard High School, Harding University, Arkansas State, and Utah State.
His experiences in these diverse coaching environments allowed him to develop exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.
In 2023, Ethan and his wife, Morgan, returned to their roots, settling in San Angelo after years away. As Ethan transitions from his successful coaching career to a new role in the insurance industry, he is eager to apply the same dedication, teamwork, and leadership that marked his athletic career to his professional endeavors.
His move into insurance represents an exciting new chapter, where he aims to bring his strong work ethic and community-focused approach to his new role.
